Welcome to Angleton!

Welcome to Angleton

We’re so glad you’re here. Let us introduce you to our little town with a lot of charm with our City of Angleton Video. As a new resident or business owner, we understand that it will take time to learn your way around Angleton, so we’re here to help offer some resources that the City of Angleton has for you and additional resources from our Community partners.

You are here: City of Angleton Website

Angleton Police Department

It is the mission of the Angleton Police Department, in cooperation with our community, to protect lives and property and enhance the quality of life for all of our citizens. We strive to uphold the law fairly; to prevent crime; to pursue and bring to justice to those who break the law and to keep peace. Angleton Police Department is protecting with purpose and serving with pride!

The City of Angleton wants to remain transparent with our residents and visitors. We have a number of ways that help us stay in contact with each of you.

Emergency notifications: Code RED. Through this service, our Emergency Management Department is able to send out notifications through Code RED during emergencies to help you stay informed.

See a concern in your neighborhood or in town that the City could help address? We've put the power in your hands through Text My Gov - Text To Report A Concern. Parks and Recreation

The City of Angleton works to enrich the lives of the residents of Angleton through quality parks and open spaces, recreation programs, and services.

The Parks and Recreation Department operates and maintains more than 200 acres of developed parkland spread over eight parks. These community parks include everything from playgrounds, disc golf, outdoor volleyball courts, horseshoes, rental pavilions, fitness trails, butterfly gardens, youth sports complexes, and the Angleton Recreation Center. We even like to make sure that our four-legged family members have a place to call their own at the Officer Cash Memorial Dog Park.

These leisure programs include the operation of the Angleton Recreation Center, educational and recreational programs, special events, supervised children's programs, trips and tours, and facility reservations. Angleton Parks and Recreation Department offers something for everyone.

Utility Services

The Utility Billing Department handles the metering and billing of water, trash, and sewer services within the City of Angleton.

The City of Angleton is making it easier for you to access up-to-date account information. New smart meters ensure accurate meter reads and will bring consistency to your utility bill. There are currently two portals to manage your water account, one for online payments and one for usage analytics, giving you insight into your water usage.
