Program Overview

The Angleton Police Department will be hosting a Junior Citizen's Police Academy for area youth between the ages of 13 to 17 years of age. Teens must be enrolled in school and be good citizens in the community. The Junior Academy is an educational program designed to give young men and women a working knowledge of law enforcement. The academy consists of four days of comprehensive training covering different topics every day. The next Junior Citizen's Police Academy will be held in July, 2024.

Junior Citizen's Police Academy Application

To apply for the Angleton Junior Citizen's Police Academy, you may print an application form or pick one up at the Angleton Police Department, which is located at 104 Cannan Dr., Angleton, Texas 77515. Applications must be returned to the Angleton Police Department in person or emailed to hvandergrifft@angletonpd.net.
