Submitting Payments
You may submit your court payments online. Making an online payment will result in a Class C Misdemeanor on your criminal or driving record. To inquire about options to keep a charge from resulting in a conviction, please contact the court.
If the Court has already granted deferred disposition or a drivers safety course option and you have signed your paperwork at the court on this citation, and you are in compliance with the terms of your Court Order - you may continue with your payment; this would not apply to you. The online payment page is a secure payment method and can be used to pay for fines on traffic, Class C misdemeanors, and parking citations issued from Angleton Police Department.
You can use this service to pay warrants in full. If paying after hours, please note that our warrant flag removal may take 1-3 days to reflect in our system. Keep your payment receipt with you at all times during this period.
An online vendor fee of $2 will be assessed for each payment transaction.
Pleas of Guilty
Please be aware that use of this service to pay a fine, in accordance with Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, Art. 27.14 (c), constitutes a finding of guilty in open court as though a plea of nolo contendere was entered by the defendant and constitutes a waiver of a jury trial in writing. To pay a fine will result in a conviction being reported to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
Dismissals
You may not pay online if you are seeking a dismissal or making a plea of Not Guilty. Payments made online in this circumstance will not be refunded, and a conviction will stand. You must appear in court on or before your appearance date. Regular Court hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Juveniles You will not be able to use this service to pay a fine for any ticket issued to a juvenile. A juvenile is a defendant who was younger than 17 years of age at the time the citation was issued. All juveniles must appear in open court before a judge with a parent.
Bonds You cannot use this service to post a cash bond.
