NOTICE: Due to inclement weather, City offices and facilities will be closed, and services unavailable on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, except for the Fire and Police Departments; Public Works will be on-call.
The Recreation Center will observe holiday hours, 8 AM to 6 PM and act as a warming center. Thank you and stay safe.

*** Update***Freezing Temperatures
The City of Angleton expects below-freezing temperatures this evening with a chance of freezing rain. The area will remain below freezing all evening/night until mid-day tomorrow, when temperatures will increase to just above freezing for a couple of hours. We will then return to freezing temperature until mid-day Wednesday.
All park outdoor facilities have been turned off, and restrooms have no access.
All first responders, Police, Fire, and EMS, will continue to respond to emergencies throughout the event.
City departments remain on call, and the Office of Emergency Management is in contact with State, County, and Local agencies.

Running as scheduled on Monday, January 16. Expect a delayed start on Tuesday and possibly Wednesday due to inclement weather.
