Emergency Notifications

The City of Angleton has licensed the CodeRED Community Notification System and CodeRED Weather Warning service to help disseminate important or critical information along with alerting citizens in the path of severe thunderstorms, flash floods and tornadoes.   

We encourage you to sign up with the links provided below.  Enter your contact information, including additional phone numbers, and text and email addresses, to ensure all of the data in our system is accurate and current. You will then have the opportunity to choose which of the weather warnings you want to be made aware of. 

 If you would like to share the information about this important notifications system with friends and family that live in Angleton, please encourage them to visit the Angleton website, or text AngletonTX to 99411 from their mobile phone and enter their information. 

If you do not have Internet access, please contact a friend or family member to help add your contact information to the emergency database. You can also call the City of Angleton directly at (979) 849-4364 ext. 2137 for assistance.
