Parks and Rec Month COA

Park & Rec Month

National Recreation and Park Association celebrates Park and Recreation Month each July. This year’s theme is “We Are Parks and Recreation” and our department’s goal is to highlight the diversity of programs and events that we can offer. A detailed list of activities can be found on the Angleton Parks and Recreation Facebook Event Page, “NRPA Parks & Rec Month 2020”. We offer a number of activities that are open for all ages, families, senior citizens and those of all fitness levels. All activities are FREE to the community! You can help us to celebrate throughout the month by sharing your park and recreation story using the hashtag #WEAREPARKSANDREC or by posting in our event page on Facebook.
