The Brazoria County Historical Museum
The Brazoria County Historical Museum exists to discover, preserve, and make known the history of Brazoria County. Located in Brazoria county's historic 1897 courthouse, the museum collects, preserves and exhibits artifacts that relate the history of and which reflect the county's cultural and demographic diversity.
Stephen F. Austin Statue
The Stephen F. Austin Statue is a tribute to the father of Texas. Located just off Highway 35 on Highway 288 in Angleton, the 70 foot statue is a reminder of the importance of Brazoria county's rich history.
Austin Town Festival
See a reenactment of an 1830's town in colonial Texas at the Austin Town Festival. Located at 22821 FM 521 just north of CR 45, this festival returns on the 1st weekend in November.
A local family home that is reported to be haunted is transformed into Fearshire Farm and open on Friday and Saturday in October.
